In my sessions I intend to be responsive to my students, identifying locations of both toughness and weakness as well as adapting the pace, style and technique of the sessions accordingly. Throughout my knowing of mathematics I have always felt that I involve the most with the subject with doing several example troubles, so I would certainly place a high value on this method to discovering in my lessons. I will certainly review the previous week's material at the beginning of each lesson to guarantee a strong understanding and to build self-confidence for the students as they move on.

I will strive to resolve any type of hesitation or anxiety when coming close to 'larger' troubles, whether in size or complexity of their content, by revealing logical methods to break down the issue into smaller portions which are simpler to take on, prior to accumulating to a complete, extensive solution.

I can ensure that I will hold my horses and also motivating in all of my interaction with tutees. I would love to not just expand my tutees' understanding but likewise, with the satisfaction of their development and success, see them grow an interest to Maths as I have.
